Historic Churchyard and Wall

Due to a partial wall collapse caused by bad weather, the Client requested a GPR survey to determine if any voids or burials were present behind the wall, or if any services were within the carriageway adjacent to the wall, which could potentially hinder their proposed remedial works.

Outcome: Using a GPR system, we were able to inform the Client of the burial positions within a 3m border of the wall and determine the size and extent of voids behind the wall.  All site works were completed on time and reported as scheduled, within budget.
